Glen Garioch 2011 is a 15 year old Highland single malt, selected by Adelphi from cask 925, a first-fill bourbon barrel. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026 at 58.7%, without chill filtration or added colour.
The bottling is a single cask of 230 bottles.
The nose is expressive, with vanilla soda, lavender, peach skin and Conference pear. The palate is broad and lively, with green mango, Sichuan pepper, cocoa nibs and shiso leaf. The finish is round and of medium length, balancing fruit, sweetness and spice.
