A single cask Glen Keith from Speyside, distilled in 1995 and matured for 23 years in a refill bourbon cask before Adelphi opened it in 2019. It was bottled at its natural cask strength of 60.5% ABV, without colouring or chill-filtering, in an outturn of 137 bottles.
The nose is apple peel, fresh toast with apricot jam and salted butter, and a dusting of baking spices. The palate brings white chocolate-covered flapjack, apple blossom and toasted malt, with warm oak spice and floral tea. The finish offers cloudy honey, eucalyptus and candied lime zest.
