Aerstone 10 Year Old Sea Cask is a Scottish single malt from the Aerstone brand, created by William Grant & Sons. It is aged for 10 years in warehouses close to the Scottish coast, where the sea air influences the character of the whisky, and is bottled at 40%.
The nose brings green apple, juicy pear, soft honey and a light sea breeze. On the palate it is soft, with white-fleshed fruit, creamy vanilla, cereal malt and a salty note. The finish is of medium length, refreshing and lightly spiced, with fruit lingering.
