Agricola Brandini Spumante Alta Langa DOCG Blanc de Blancs 655 is a sparkling wine made exclusively from Chardonnay in the Alta Langa hills of Piedmont. It is produced by traditional bottle fermentation using the classic method, with a long ageing on the lees.
The bouquet has white flowers, citrus and a light bread crust note. On the palate it is vibrant, with fine persistent bubbles and a pleasant sapidity. It suits an aperitif or delicate seafood dishes such as carpaccio and shellfish.
