A red wine made from 100% Malbec. The grapes come from six vineyards at altitudes between 1,070 and 1,250 metres, where large day-night temperature differences encourage slow ripening and higher natural acidity.
It is aged for 14 months in reused French oak barrels, with fermentation split between used French oak and concrete tanks. Each parcel is harvested and vinified separately, and the wine rests in bottle for at least six months before release.
