Château Ste. Michelle Syrah Columbia Valley 2020 is a red wine with a deep ruby-red colour. The nose offers complex aromas of ripe berries, cherries and plums, with sweet spices, delicate pepper, violet floral notes and a subtle smoky undertone. On the palate it is powerful yet elegant, with ripe tannins and a harmonious structure. A small proportion of Viognier is used in vinification, adding fresh and floral nuances. It is suggested as an accompaniment to beef, lamb with Mediterranean herbs and game dishes with fruity sauces.
