Chateau Ste. Michelle Elements Strawberry Hibiscus Rosé is a dry rosé infused with natural strawberry and hibiscus flavours, in a 75cl bottle at 11% vol.
It is made from Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Horse Heaven Hills, Washington, and vinified as a dry rosé before the infusion. It has no added sugar.
The nose is bright strawberry with delicate hibiscus and fresh red berries. The palate shows ripe strawberry, a tart, tea-like hibiscus note and light tannic grip. The finish is short to medium, crisp and clean, with floral and berry notes.
