Mouton Cadet Saint-Émilion Réserve 2020 (75cl, 13.5%)

A red wine from the Saint-Émilion appellation, made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes come from selected plots with clay-limestone and sandy gravel soils. Merlot makes up about 88%, with Cabernet Franc at 10% and Cabernet Sauvignon at 2%. It shows a bright garnet colour, with aromas of red cherry, redcurrant, mocha and blackberry. On the palate it has generous fruit, smooth tannins and a long finish.
