Airem 14 Year Old is a Spanish single malt whisky, bottled at 43% abv in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose it opens with dried fruit and nuts, Christmas cake and cinnamon, along with the sweet, spiced character of Pedro Ximénez. The palate carries more of that Pedro Ximénez note, together with ginger, oak and sweet red wine. Vanilla and honey add sweetness, and nuts and raisins follow.
The finish is bold, lingering on dried raisins and apricots.
