Akashi Blended (50cl)

Akashi Blended is a Japanese blended whisky from Eigashima, a traditional sake and shochu producer based in the city of Akashi in Hyogo Prefecture. The whisky takes its name from that home town. It comes in a 50cl bottle. Eigashima obtained its first licence for whisky production in 1919, although the first whisky was not distilled there until the 1960s. The blend is light in character, leaning towards sweetness rather than floral notes.
