Akashi Single Cask White Oak Red Wine Cask Finish is a six-year-old single malt from the Eigashima distillery in Japan, drawn from cask 61927.
It spent its first three years in bourbon casks, then a further three finishing in red wine casks from a Yamanashi winery. It was bottled at 61%.
As a single cask release, every bottle comes from that one cask.
