Akashi White Oak Beer Cask Finish is a Japanese single malt distilled at Eigashima. It was matured in a bourbon hogshead and then moved to a beer cask for finishing.
The nose is sweet, with citrus fruit and vanilla supported by sea salt, gentle malt and light smoke. On the palate there is more malt, soft oak and a range of spices.
