Alambic Special Islay is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Scottish island of Islay, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The edition consists of 299 bottles in all.
The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in a Jamaican rum cask, so two different cask types shaped it before bottling.
