Albana di Romagna Secco DOCG - Progetto 3 - BIO - Macerato - Leone Conti

An organic white wine from Leone Conti, made from Albana and vinified with skin maceration. The aroma is sober, with white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and light herbaceous notes; maceration adds body and a more enveloping texture while keeping balance and freshness. On the palate there is pleasant savoury tension and a faint tannic structure that supports the sip without weighing it down, leaving a clean, dry finish. Serve cool, around 10-12 °C. It pairs with savoury starters, more structured fish dishes, light soups, white meats and fresh to medium-aged cheeses.
