A sparkling wine made by the traditional method from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows intense aromas of yellow fruit, white flowers, yeast and toasted notes reminiscent of bread crust and almond. On the palate it is balanced, with fresh acidity, a full and creamy body, and harmonious sensations. It suits as an aperitif and with fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
