Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Rosè Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico

A sparkling rosé wine made exclusively from Nebbiolo using the classic method. It has a delicate antique pink colour with fine, persistent bubbles, and aromas of rose, hawthorn, wild strawberry, raspberry and citrus, with pastry and yeast notes from lees ageing. On the palate it is vibrant and fresh, with balanced acidity and a fine mousse. The finish is long and persistent, with a delicate mineral and fruity aftertaste. It works well as an aperitif and with fish, shellfish, sushi and fresh cheeses.
