A Pinot Nero from Alto Adige DOC, produced by H. Lun. It is grown on hillside soils in the province of Bolzano and matured in selected wooden casks, giving silky tannins, lively acidity and a complex bouquet of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, with light spicy notes and a subtle balsamic hint. On the palate it is balanced, with a persistent, harmonious finish. It suits white meats, delicate game and soft cheeses.
