A red wine from H. Lun, made from the native Schiava grape in Alto Adige, from the Lake Caldaro area. It is light and fresh, with a clear ruby colour. The nose shows delicate small red fruits, raspberry, cherry and violet. On the palate it is harmonious and savoury, with soft tannins and easy drinking. Ageing is mainly in steel. It suits South Tyrolean dishes, light first courses and white meats.
