H. Lun Linea 1840 Alto Adige DOC Chardonnay comes from high-altitude vineyards between the Dolomites and the Rhaetian Alps. The cool nights and mild days of the region give the wine a vibrant, fresh personality. It ages in selected wooden barrels, which add refined aromatic complexity without overpowering the fruit. On the nose there are green apple, citrus and a delicate touch of vanilla. On the palate it is harmonious, with good structure and a persistent mineral freshness. It pairs well with fish dishes, white meats or fresh cheeses.
