Amador Ten Barrels is a straight hop-flavoured whiskey, made by marrying two components: 60% straight malt whiskey and 40% hop-flavoured whiskey.
The hop-flavoured part is made from Racer 5 IPA, a craft beer brewed by Bear Republic Brewery. The IPA is full-bodied and adds a malty hoppiness to the whiskey without overpowering its flavour.
