Amador Ten Barrels Hop Flavored Whiskey (75cl)

Amador Ten Barrels is a hop-flavoured American whiskey from Amador Whiskey Co. in California, released in a limited run and sold in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of 90% straight malt whiskey and 10% whiskey distilled from craft IPA beer. The two parts were aged separately in French oak wine barrels for over two years, then brought together in the company's family Chardonnay barrels for a further two, making four years across ten barrels. The palate brings honey, dried fruit, smoke, vanilla from the wood, roasted barley and spice, followed by a long, coating finish.
