Amphora Rosso Riserva Cirelli

A red wine assembled from the 2015, 2016 and 2017 vintages, with a concentrated yet composed texture. It shows a deep colour, with mature red fruit, earthy notes and a light spicy accent on the nose, plus an aromatic-mineral clarity. On the palate it is dense but not heavy, with well-defined tannins, lively acidity and a savoury, persistent finish. It suits flavourful dishes such as roasts, braises and aged cheeses, and can be opened in advance or decanted.
