Anfora Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC - Cirelli

A white wine from Cirelli made from Trebbiano in the Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC. It has a fresh, immediate profile with lively acidity balanced by soft fruit. The nose shows white flowers, citrus peel, white peach, light mineral notes and a delicate bitter almond note. Amphora ageing gives a silky texture, good juiciness and a clean finish. On the palate it is flowing yet persistent, with sapidity keeping it compact and fresh. Serve cool with fish, raw or steamed dishes, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses.
