Anfora Pecorino d'Abruzzo DOC

A Pecorino d'Abruzzo from Cirelli, vinified and aged in anfora. The nose combines citrus and white-fleshed fruit, supported by delicate white flowers and a mineral note that underlines its origin. The anfora gives the palate a more enveloping texture and a light tannic component, without aggressiveness, while freshness and aromatic clarity remain. The acidity is lively but well integrated, the body medium and the savouriness makes it smooth and persistent, with a slightly saline finish.
