Vino Frizzante - Cirelli

A light, bright frizzante from Cirelli with an immediate, easy-going personality. The nose offers delicate white-fleshed fruit and field flowers. The mousse is fine and well integrated, the palate lively but balanced, with acidity supported by a palate-cleansing savouriness. It suits aperitifs, delicate fish dishes, salads and summer vegetable preparations, and is also good with pizza or light fried food. Serve well chilled in a not-too-wide glass.
