A Mexican liqueur made with green Poblano chillies. The chillies are dried to a bright green tone, then macerated in neutral alcohol for several months to extract their essential oils and penetrating aromas. The result is fresh and slightly spicy, balanced by the natural sweetness of the chillies. It shows herbal, pine and green pepper tones, with a vibrant palate and a gently smoky finish. It can be used in cocktails or enjoyed neat.
