AnCnoc 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt from Knockdhu Distillery, matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is both fragrant and light, with fresh meadow flowers, blossom nectar, cereal sweetness and a little vanilla. The palate opens creamy, with black tea with milk, then caramel and a floral sweetness, with fresh green apples joining. The finish is medium in length and clean, with gentle oak and toasted grain.
