Cutter is a limited edition Highland single malt from anCnoc, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The name refers to the tool used to cut peat. At 20.5 ppm it is the most heavily peated whisky in the distillery's range. It is bottled non chill-filtered and at natural colour by the Knockdhu Distillery Company, which was established in 1894. It is smoky and peaty, with apple, peach and vanilla alongside, and is described as nicely balanced.
