Edradour – 2013 Burgundy (70cl, 46%)

This Edradour single malt is a Burgundy expression from the 2013 vintage, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The distillery stands a few miles west of Pitlochry, near Moulin, in the Highlands. It is thought to have been founded in 1825 and is the only Scottish distillery still run in the style of a farmhouse operation. Its two stills produced just 15 casks a week for a long time, which made it Scotland's smallest distillery. Capacity is now around 500,000 litres of pure alcohol a year, following an expansion that came into use in February 2018.
