Edradour – 2015 200th Anniversary (70cl, 46%)

A 2015 Edradour single malt released for the distillery's 200th anniversary, bottled by the distillery at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The anniversary follows from a founding believed to date to 1825. Edradour sits at Moulin, a few miles west of Pitlochry, in the Highlands, and is the only Scottish distillery still run entirely in farmhouse style. It was long the smallest in Scotland, with two stills making only 15 casks a week. An expansion that came into use in February 2018 raised its capacity to around 500,000 litres of pure alcohol a year.
