The Inaugural Release of Edradour No.2, an independent bottling from Signatory at 57.1% in a 70cl bottle.
Edradour is a Highland distillery at Moulin, a few miles west of Pitlochry. Its founding is believed to date to 1825, and it is the only Scottish distillery still kept entirely in farmhouse style. It was long the smallest in Scotland, with two stills making just 15 casks a week, and an expansion in February 2018 lifted capacity to around 500,000 litres of pure alcohol a year.
