Edradour – 10 Year Old 200 Years Edition (70cl, 46%)

A ten-year-old single malt from Edradour, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle as the 200 Years Edition, marking the distillery's bicentenary. Edradour sits at Moulin, a few miles west of Pitlochry, in the Highlands. It was probably founded in 1825 and is the only Scottish distillery that still works entirely in the manner of a farmhouse operation. It was long the smallest in Scotland, its two stills producing only 15 casks a week. An expansion that came into use in February 2018 lifted capacity to around 500,000 litres of pure alcohol a year.
