This Edradour single malt from 2000 is part of Signatory's Symington's Choice series. It is bottled at 56.2% ABV and sold in a 70cl bottle. The distillery lies in the Highlands, a few miles west of Pitlochry at Moulin, and is believed to have been founded in 1825. It is the one Scottish distillery that remains entirely in the farmhouse style, and it was for many years the smallest in the country, with two stills turning out 15 casks a week.
