This is a peated single malt from AnCnoc, finished in sherry casks and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is a dark amber colour.
The nose combines sweet honey and tropical fruit with cinnamon, rich caramel and a delicate campfire smoke. On the palate there are toffee apples coated in warm spice, strong vanilla and a rich, sweet, smoky character. The finish is long, with woody smoke, caramel and vanilla.
