Cirelli's amphora-aged Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo has a vivid colour tending towards bright cherry pink. Its immediate, sincere aromatic profile recalls fresh red fruit, small flowers and a hint of citrus peel, while amphora use adds a subtle mineral texture and a clean sensation that keeps the sip compact without weighing it down. In the mouth it is agile, supported by fresh acidity and sapidity that lengthen the drink, with medium body and a very light tannic caress. It suits fish dishes, seafood salads, light pasta and mildly cured salumi.
