The nose is direct and clear, with mineral and subtle spice defining its character. On the palate it is balanced, with lively acidity and well-integrated tannins that support the sip without weighing it down. It opens juicy, centres on the fruit and ends savoury, inviting another glass. It suits grilled meats, rustic ragù, aged cheeses, mushroom dishes and roasted vegetables. Serve around 16-18 °C and let it breathe briefly.
