An Italian aperitivo from Liquorificio Fabbrizii, with a bright and well-balanced profile. Orange peel and citron appear on the nose, alongside a light herbaceous freshness and a sweet-bitter base. On the palate it is smooth and medium-bodied, with a savoury thread balancing the sweetness and a gentle, clean bitterness. It can be served cold, over ice or lengthened with sparkling water, and works well in a spritz. It accompanies Mediterranean antipasti, lightly aged salumi, olives and fresh cheeses.
