Rusagni Gin (70cl)

A gin from Liquorificio Fabbrizii with a clear, well-defined character. On the nose there are recognisable juniper notes, supported by a fresh citrus accent and subtle herbal and spicy sensations. The aroma is complex without being intrusive. On the palate it is dry, smooth and well tensioned, with a savoury texture and a persistence that recalls the aromatic notes without becoming invasive. It is versatile for classic mixing, from gin and tonic to martini, and can support more elaborate preparations; lemon zest or cucumber accentuate its freshness. Serve cold, preferably in a balloon or tumbler glass, to appreciate the aromatic background.
