Limoncello di Santo Stefano Liquorificio Fabbrizii (70cl)

A limoncello from Liquorificio Fabbrizii with a fresh, linear character. Lemon zest leads on the nose, fragrant and bright without excess, while the palate stays clean and immediate. The sweetness is well judged and supported by lively acidity, with a soft, almost silky texture and a citrus persistence that does not weigh. It is best served very cold in small chilled glasses, as a digestif, in cocktails or with citrus desserts, dry pastries and fresh cheeses.
