Ardbeg – 1974 18 Year Old Sestante Import (70cl, 40%)

An 18 year old Ardbeg distilled in 1974 and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was released by Sestante as part of the Crest Label series, under the White Crest label. Ardbeg stands in Kildalton on Islay, an area that is also home to Laphroaig and Lagavulin. Sestante was founded in the 1970s by Ernesto Mainardi, and only a few bottlings of Ardbeg were made under his name.
