Ardbeg 8 Years Old Committee Release 2021 is an 8-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Ardbeg distillery on Islay, in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition from the annual Committee Release series, made for members of the Ardbeg Committee.
The nose brings smoky peat with brine, citrus zest and a little vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied and velvety, with smoked meats, charcoal, black pepper and dark chocolate.
The finish is long, leaving smoky sweetness and a maritime note.
