Ardbeg Anamorphic is a Committee Release single malt, bottled at 48.2% abv without chill filtration.
It was matured in bourbon casks that had their original heads removed and were deeply scored to expose more wood during an intense toasting process known as high mocha. The whisky is sweet, smoky, herbal and spicy.
The toasting brings out a chocolaty sweetness and intense bittersweet mocha notes.
