This is a 13-year-old Islay single malt from Ardbeg, in a 75cl bottle. It is the first release in the Anthology Collection and takes its name from the Harpy, a winged beast of Islay lore said to have lived on the island.
The whisky was matured in a combination of Sauternes and ex-Bourbon casks. Sweetness and peat sit side by side, with Ardbeg's classic smoke blending into the honeyed richness of the French dessert wine.
