Ardbeg Ardcore is an Islay single malt, bottled in 2021 as a Committee Release at 50.1% in a 70cl bottle.
It is made with heavily roasted black malt barley, and the bottle is styled after punk rock. It is exclusive to members of the Ardbeg Committee.
The nose is juicy apple, white peach and ripe apricot. On the palate come inviting smoke, rich charcoal and dark chocolate, and the long, warming finish carries smoke and cocoa.
