Ardnahoe Infinite Loch is a limited single malt from Ardnahoe, the Islay distillery founded in 2018 by the Hunter Laing family. It is unfiltered and made without colouring. The distillery uses worm tub condensers, and Jim McEwan guided its creation. Fresh peat smoke and maritime notes open the nose, with heather honey, green apples, lemon zest and fresh oak. On the palate, clear peat meets salty sea notes, sweet honey and fresh citrus, over light vanilla and cereal. The finish is medium, with returning peat smoke, salt and a touch of young oak spice.
