Ardnamurchan – AD/ Heritage Barley Release 2025 (70cl, 59.2%)

Ardnamurchan Heritage Barley is a Highland single malt released in 2025, distilled from the Golden Promise barley variety. Golden Promise was once a standard choice for whisky making but has largely been replaced by higher-yielding varieties. It is regarded as an aromatic barley that gives fruitier, creamier, sweeter and more complex notes. The whisky matured in bourbon casks. It was bottled at 59.2% ABV in natural colour and without chill-filtration, in a worldwide release of 10,290 bottles.
