Ardnamurchan Rum Cask Release is a single malt from the western Highlands, bottled at 55% in a 70cl bottle. The rum cask is what sets it apart.
The distillery was founded in Glasgow in 1826 by Charles and David Gray and closed in 1968. In 1993 the founders' descendants began bottling independently under the Adelphi label, and in 2007 they decided to reopen the distillery in the western Highlands. Single malt has flowed from its stills since 2014.
