Arneis Riserva 2 anni 70cl - Cristallo Roero - Mazzetti (70cl)

A grappa from Mazzetti under the Cristallo Roero label, made from Arneis and aged for two years. It shows light golden reflections and a bouquet of white flowers, ripe pear and a subtle almond note. The palate has lively freshness, sapidity and persistence, with a dry, slightly bitter finish. It pairs with shellfish, more flavourful fish dishes, risotto, delicate white meats and soft cheeses, and is best served at 10-12 °C.
