Arran – 10 Year Old Arran Barley Batch 002 (2026) (70cl, 50%)

Arran Barley 10 Year Old is the second batch in a series built around barley grown on the Isle of Arran. The Currie family farms the barley at Bellevue Farm, and this batch uses the Concerto variety. The whisky matured for ten years in first-fill bourbon barrels and was bottled in 2026 at 50%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour, in an outturn of 18,000 bottles. The nose brings fresh herbs, lively citrus and soft vanilla sweetness with a trace of aniseed. On the palate come ginger biscuits and vanilla, with citrus alongside the fruit and an oily texture. The finish is rich and warming, with mild aniseed and sweet spice.
