This is a 15 year old single cask Arran single malt, in a 70cl bottle. Arran is the only distillery on the Isle of Arran, at Lochranza in Scotland, and it opened in 1995. The whisky is rich and thick, with marmalade and sweet sherry up front, then malt and pepper in the aftertaste, with a firmer character. The finish lingers.
